This offer did include a.peterson but the guy traded him before this deal could get done. For some reason with Turner in there instead this offer doesn't look as appealing to me. Should I take this deal?

I would make that deal. With Peterson it is an obvious no-brainer, but I still like it with Turner.

i probably go for it. i dont see much difference in value between peterson/mt. also, you dont lose a top WR or top RB, so i think you have to take the trade and run with it. hope you get a solid season or two from McNabb, then hope Flacco/Stafford work-out or figure out the future of your QB when that time comes.
