Toughts on my team please? WHIR!

Postby TheGhost » Wed Sep 02, 2009 12:31 pm

I play in a 12 team yahoo league, H2H. A billion categories but most the important ones are: a point per rush attempt, a point per reception, 6 points for all TD's.

QB: Matt Ryan
WR: Andre Johnson
WR: Roddy White
RB: DeAngelo Williams
TE: Tony Gonzales
W/R: Ray Rice
W/R: Jonathan Stewart
K: Nick Folk

Bench: Knowshon Moreno, LeSean McCoy, Eddie Royal, Carnell Williams, James Davis, and Matt Hasselback

D: James Harrison
D: Brady James
DB: Quinton Jammer
DL: Julius Peppers

THANKS!!

I like your team. Solid WRs and RBs. If Hasselbeck can stay healthy he makes a nice bye week, matchup play with Ryan.

good luck

help with mine?

I like your team. I like the upside of all 3 rookie RB's. you are going to hurt by PP rushing attempt. I Have never heard of that. It makes RB's worth alot more than WR. I would target another top RB. It is a huge advantage to start 3 RB's that get a ton of looks. Jstewart and Rice will not get near as many points.

I would try to get Turner, Grant, (just look at expected rushing attemps or last years numbers) Those guys are worth a ton.

Thanks for your input and I agree about the PP attempt. Basically, Warrick Dunn would have 25 carries for 40 yards and zero TD's and outscore the guy that has 12 carries for 80 and a TD. It sucks. Every year I have trouble taking the lame back over the sure thing reciever. I'm going to have to be the waiver wire hawk and watch the injuries closely. Good luck this year!
