Potential trade; R. Grant for J. Addai

Hello everybody, I have referred to this board in the past years , but never posted. We had our draft last night in a Yahoo league. Pretty much standard rules with a couple of changes.

A question for the braintrust here:

A guy is interested in trading me Ryan Grant for Joseph Addai. I kind of think I get the better end of that trade, but am not 100% sure. What do you think? Help me in formulating an adventageous trade?

I'd do that deal. I think that Grant has great upside on a growing offense. If Addai starts this season the way he finished last season, he is done. They are high on the rookie Brown in Indy, this guy finishes his runs, unlike Addai as of late. Take Grant.
