You need a backup WR, but i would trade someone to get him, not worth dropping any of those for Henry when you should be able to get more value. I would try and LJ or Parker for someone

I'd try Johnson/Parker for a 2nd tier WR like Ocho or Housh or someone like that. Do a 2fer 1 and pick him up.

Don't drop anyone for Henry. Your guys have more value than he does. I don't think I would take that trade either. You will get TJ, who will have a good year, but you will have to make a roster move for Rice, who is a great team player but not great fantasy value.
