Witten or Housh - PPR League redraft

I'm a fairly large proponent of drafting Witten, specifically, in a PPR league, because he's a lock for a boatload of catches. Will Eddie Royal be available in the next round do you think? If he will be, I go Witten followed by Royal. It's hard not knowing how your team is set up currently as well. I wouldn't feel bad with either pick. Tight end is deep, and Housh is going to be big in Seattle.
