2 heres my roster QB - M. Schaub RB - L. Tomlinson RB- R. Grant RB/Wr - T.J. Houshmandzadeh WR - A. Gonzalez WR - C. Johsnon TE - J. Carlson D/ST - WW K - WW Bench - (QB) M. Hasselbeck (RB's) D. Brown, F. Jones, E. Graham (WR's) D. Hester, D. Hixon, J. Morgan
housh will be solid this year and C. Johnson is well. Calvin Johnson. Will Andre is great too, i went out of my way in my draft to take calvin before andre.
It's a wash imo... Calvin = AJ in production......... Housh = 85
2010 12-team .5PPR QB - Ryan, Vick RB - S. Greene, Forte, Stewart, F. Jones, Sproles WR - Moss, Megatron, NYG Smith, Floyd, M. Williams (TB) TE - Cooley D - CIN (week to week) K - Bironas
pull the trigger. CJ will be huge this year, and Housh could finish top-10 WR. The way I look at it, AJ goes as Schaub goes (with CJ, and Housh for that matter, it doesn't matter who throws to him). Ochocinco is barely the most talented receiver on his own team anymore (its actually Chris Henry). It might be a close call and if you have personal preferences of these players it will bias you, but I would have drafted CJ > AJ and did draft Housh > Ocho.
it actually does make your team better by adding consistency, especially on the back end. I dont know many owners that want Ochocinco. Every week he might go huge, but if not he's a bust. Look at his past, he usually scores in about 4 games a year and somehow it adds up to 7 or 8 tds. He gets hot and feels good when he has a good matchup and can score 2 or 3 (he does it every year), but against a good matchup he just curls up like the girl he is and gives you a big stinker.
Housh will make football plays. 3rd and 5 he's coming across the middle and taking a big hit. he's in every play with all his heart and skill. he's a constant redzone target and scores td's consistently. he scored in 10 games just a few years back and has that in him still. i do think that CJ has bigger play-making ability at the front end of the trade too, but thats just personal preference and otherwise a wash.
I would do it, AJ and Megatron are essentially equal. I like Housh much more. Ocho could have a good year but its not guaranteed. I do like that his life coach is denzel washington though. In summation I trade to get CJ and Housh.
