Week 1 RB / Flex

Postby imarrrin » Thu Sep 03, 2009 8:44 pm

Hi. Trying to figure out who to start for week 1, mainly for flex.. options are

DeAngelo Williams
Ronnie Brown
Ray Rice
Leon Washington
Felix Jones

Right now I have it set as Williams, Brown, and Rice. I'm pretty new to FF so I haven't gotten too in depth, but I picked Rice cause they are going against KC. I was reading another thread about Leon Washington possibly being a good start for week 1 if he returns kicks. Unfortunately my league is 35 yds per pt for returns. Who would you choose?
QB: Cutler, Roethlisberger, Cassel

Williams and Brown for sure. Check your league scoring on those return yards - do they belong to the player, or to the special teams he returns them for? (In our league, and most I've been in, it's the D/ST that gets the credit, not the individual player.

I love Rice this year, as do a lot of folks - he's a solid RB3 for this squad. Good luck!

Ah, you're right about the D/ST. I'll stick with the 3 I have in. Thanks for the responses in both of my threads.
