Hey guys, I just missed out on James Davis on the wire earlier in the week, but the guy that picked him up dropped LeSean McCoy - would it be worth my while to drop Michael Bush for him as my RB5? My roster, etc are posted below and WHIR as always
12 Team Fanball league using team QBs and .25 PPR (standard scoring otherwise). Start - QB, 2RB, 2WR, TE, K, D/ST.
My starters: QB - Falcons (Ryan) RB - Forte, Kevin Smith WR - AJ, Boldin TE - Gonzalez K - Elam D/ST - Jets Overtime - Chiefs (Cassel/Thigpen)
My bench: RB - R. Rice, C. Wells, M. Bush WR - K. Walter, J. Cotchery
I like McCoy's ability and probability of playing more than Bush will. DMC has looked good in preseason and should be a mini beast this year and they also have Fargas in the mix as well so I don't see Bush amounting to much.
McCoy will still see some carries and will also catch alot of balls out of the backfield with Westy in.....and if Westy gets dinged up (which always happens) the McCoy should be a beast!
I would make the swap all day everyday!
Good Luck!

Standard H2H 12 Team 1 Pt PPR, Start 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1 FLEX (RB/WR/TE), 1TE, 1K, 1 DEF
I like McCoy so much that I actually drafted him in the 8th rd this year ahead of guys like J-Stew, Beanie, and Benson. I know he doesn't hold much value right off the bat... but I guarantee you he has at least 4-5 big games this year when Westy gets banged up. I think his ceiling his sky high and he has the most upside of the rookies this year... but that is all dependent on how Westy pans out. Still, you look good on RB's so take the chance and get McCoy - at the very least he's great trade bait to Westy's owner.
2010 12-team .5PPR QB - Ryan, Vick RB - S. Greene, Forte, Stewart, F. Jones, Sproles WR - Moss, Megatron, NYG Smith, Floyd, M. Williams (TB) TE - Cooley D - CIN (week to week) K - Bironas
I'd rather have McCoy, way more upside. He's one injury away on a fragile RB to instantly be a very valuable RB and might be usable even with Westy starting. I'm skeptical Bush will be startable at any point in the season.
