I still think Welker has too much value for you to lose. You can afford to lose Ward but not Welker especially if you start 3 WR's.
If you are really bent on this trade I would offer Ochocino and Ward.

We don't start 3 WR, it's 2 RB, 2 WR, and a flex RB/WR.

I am willing to utilize Mason as I would have utilized Welker.

The problem I have with offering Ochocinco or Berrian with Ward is that I am expecting Ocho to have a breakout year now that Palmer is back, and Berrian to have a breakout year with Favre, which I believe is a match made in heaven. If either of these turn out to be busts, I will put Mason in, as he put up the exact fantasy numbers that Welker did last year and looks to improve off of those, as the Ravens look to open up their offense a little with the progression of Joe Flacco....
