I made some crazy picks and my team is really unbalanced. 10 team PPR league.
I see 3 issues: 1) Having both Fitz and Boldin is nice since they are both studs but if warner got hurt then i'm in trouble. 2) P.Thomas and R.Bush, in a PPR league Bush can be a monster but you can't ever count on him to be healthy. 3) Bye weeks 4 (cards) and 5 (NO, Chi) are going to kill me.
Do i roll the dice with this team or try to make a trade before the season starts? Which pieces do i try to move?
starters: QB - Schaub RB1 - Forte RB2 - P.Thomas Flex - R.Bush WR1 - L.Fitzgerald WR2 - A.Boldin Te - Witten K - Akers Def - Chargers
Bench: M.Hasselbeck, Beanie Wells, R. Mendenhall, T.Holt, D.Driver, T.Ginn, P.Crayton

Trade Fitz for Andre or Calvin Johnson, just to get a various bye weeks. Try to trade Bush for a diff. flex, again variety is the key

Trade Fitz and Bush for Calvin and another RB thats better than Bush. You can sell that Fitz>Calvin, then Bush< "X". Good luck man, but no way i would leave it like this. It just wont work out. Lets say Boldin has a huge game. Probably means that Fitz didnt. Or lets say Thomas gets hurt, Bush would have to play more and then he would get hurt!!! Mix it up some.

I would honestly stand where you are. You've got a good team, and there is a school of thought (which I am more and more leaning towards) that it might be a good thing to have a lot of byes shoved into a short period. You may not win weeks 4 or 5 (or you may still, you never know with FF), but you'll dominate every other week. If you go 12-2 or 11-3 or even 10-4, you'll still make the playoffs and that is the goal. If you have a different person on bye every week for 6-7 weeks, then thats 6-7 weeks where you arent at full strength. As for that trade, I would stay where you are.
All in all, you're a little weak at the flex position, but if you play the waivers well you should be able to pick up one of those diamonds in the rough that appear every year and you'll be set.
I was just offered Wayne and J. Norwood for Boldin and C.Wells... Should i pull the trigger and get wayne?
I would, without doubt, take that trade...You don't want to have BOTH your WRs on the same team. A.)because you'll be screwed on their bye, and B.) If one of your guys is having a great game, you can almost always expect your other will only have an average game...It's almost like starting Pierre Thomas and Reggie Bush together...Plus, even if that wasn't the case, Wayne > Boldin...
You need to take the trade. Wayne is poised to have a big year with A. Gonzalez becoming a legit threat at WR. Wayne is a WR1 as opposed to Boldin (WR2). Once you make this trade, I'd try to deal either P. Thomas or Bush for a different RB. I'd try to deal Bush & either Holt or Driver for Jonathan Stewart or Lynch. Something in that range.
