Only thing I don't love is your QB stable. Schaub still hasnb't played a complete season, and Palmer has some big ? marks, with a crappy O-line and marginal RB in one of the toughest divisions in football. He gets to play PIT and BAL twice. If Schaub pans out you'll be dandy. If not, who knows? Nothing that isn't fixable though.

QB:
Matt Schaub: Buying on the Texans this year; Has beastly Andre Johnson to throw to; Great value pick
Carson Palmer: Also buying the Bengals offense this year; Ocho, Coles, and beastly Henry are great options

Overall: Good stuff; Great value

RB:
Steven Jackson: If healthy a top 5 back; health and deteriorating O line are real concerns though
Steve Slaton: Another solid pick who may be undervalued in drafts; bad news with declaration that Chris Brown will be the goal line back
Ryan Grant: Don't know very much, but have heard he's a prospect for a bounce back year
Fred Taylor: Nice sleeper pick; Undeniably old but suprisingly effective in yard production

Overall: Great 1 2 punch with Jackson and Slaton; Decent depth with Grant and Taylor

WR:
Greg Jennings
Dywane Bowe: Talented with Cassell hopefully providing more opportunities for points
Brandon Marshall: Talented but troubled, see Chris Henry circa entire NFL career
Eddie Royal: Possible benefactor from Marshall's uncertain status
Santana Moss
Anthony Gonzalez: Everyone's sleeper, and rightfully so. Potential Wes Welker of the Colts offense

Overall: Great potential and decent depth, but no clear dependable number 1 receiver. Look to improve depth or pay attention to matchups

OVERALL TEAM: Great depth and potential with QBs and RBs. A bit shallow at receiver. No clear cut consistent threat, but solid depth. Look to trade Schaub or Palmer or Grant for upgrade at receiver. Good luck!

I'm not high on SJax this year, but Slaton should have a good year. Grant is a good pick, but I don't think Fred will do much for you. (RB: C+)

I had Schaub on my bench last year and he did a good job filling in for Romo. Good pick. (QB: B)

Jennings will have a great year and I like Bowe and Marchall, despite his problems (I have Bowe and Marshall). Good to get Royal too, I missed out on him. (WR: A-)

TE: B
DST: C
K: B+
