these are 2 traditional studs who may now be available at the end of the 1st. do they still have what it takes? what do you see each of them doing this year? what reservations would you have about drafting them.

It's risky. I personally wouldn't take LT at all, and would only take Westbrook if he fell to the end of the 2nd (same for LT, but he won't).
You can expect monster performances from Westbrook when he's healthy and starting, but he's 30 and has a great back-up now. LT will probably still have a good year, but he's probably not going to give you the production late in the season as he will in the beginning.

I think both are worth the risk. Risk/Reward is a BIG part of FF, and either of these guys could pan out HUGE for you. I would, however, avoid taking both JIC
