kinda lost on what to do now

Postby devan151 » Sun Sep 06, 2009 2:27 am

i'm in a 12 team league no ppr no points lost (for anything)
here's my squad

QB- Carson Palmer
WR- Andre Johnson
WR- Anquan Boldin
RB- Adrian Peterson
RB- Kevin Smith
TE- Kellen Winslow
Flex- Jason Campbell
K- Jeff Reed
DEF- New England

BENCH
Beanie Wells
Darren McFadden
James Davis
Laveranues Coles
Antonio Bryant
Donnie Avery
Brandon Pettigrew
Shaun Hill
Michael Vick
Tampa Bay

I don't know what to do about the Def situation. one guy in the leauge has steelers, vikings, and saints D... and he looks bleek pretty much everywhere else.... as for my flex position yahoo has Campbell scoring more than anyone on my bench... also i know i should drop vick he was my 18th pick and my knowledge of the nfl doesn't go that deep. I think I'll make the playoffs as i am. so lost!!!

(yes jeff reed was a homer pick)

First of all why did you draft so many QB's You can only start one right and you will need a by week fill in beyond that you can open up those roster spots to get depth in other positions. I would not start Campbell in that flex spot i would go with McFadden or More Likely Donnie Avery, he is up against Seattle this week so he's probably going to do better for you than a QB in that Flex spot. As for the guy that drafted all the defenses, if you can get with your league and make a deal that no one proposes trades to him for those spots he'll end up selling them cheap after he loses the first couple of weeks. I think you'll be fine with New England facing Buffalo, you may not get a ton of sacks, but i expect at least 1 interception and i would say that it is unlikely that buffalo will score more than 10 points.

I like your team a lot. Peterson and Andre Johnson??! If carson has the year he is capable of, you should be fine. Your bench has lots of potential although Vick is a waste (and I am an Eagles fan). Dont worry about other teams, just play your game and always start your best guys.
