Seems like a pretty solid team... Here are my thoughts...

QB - Warner is awesome, but his age/health are risky, IMO. I would look into upgrading your backup QB, because I fear you might need him.

RB - LT is great. A lot of people like Felix this year, nice pick. LenDale should still get a lot of goal-line carries, so he'll be valuable. I'm not high on T.Jones this year. I think Leon and Greene will heavily cut into his workload. I think he's a guy you dangle in a trade offer to get someone with a little less competition at the spot and with a little more upside.

WR - Johnson rocks. Royal will be a beast this year, good pick. I think Breaston is an upgrade candidate as your 3rd WR, and think you'll eventually play Henry over him. Maclin is an interesting pick, and I would hang on to him -- not sure what Philly will do, but he has a lot of upside.

TE - Carlson is OK. You may be able to "trade down" for Shiancoe, who likely went later in your draft, and get a better TE out of it. If you package Jones and Carlson, you might be able to pull off Shiancoe and a better RB2.

DEF - Hope you're right on the Chargers, because I picked them too!

Good luck.
