You're roster does not look that bad for a 12 team league, although some of your RB's are not great for the PPR aspect. Ward will probably be your best receiving back. I would also look to Start Matt Ryan occasionally depending on the match-ups because you'll get double points for scores every time he hooks up with White for a TD. LenDale white is probably your most valuable trade player. I'd imagine he'll get double digit scores this season so i would look to make a move with him, and Norwood and try to score a guy like Leon Washington, Reggie Bush, or Darren Sproles. For cheaper deals look for Kevin Faulk and hope he is healthy for the start of the season, or make a play for Chester Taylor, both of these guys have great PPR upside this season, another under the radar PPR guy might be Ray Rice, if his owner is somehow in the dark on this guys value make a play for him, touting LenDales outstanding TD totals in '08 which were 15, exactly 15 more than Ray Rice.

Oops...sorry...that being the case i would defiantly hold on to White and look to upgrade Norwood. I also have ward and the situation in Tampa does not look that great for those backs, what I'm hoping for is Ward to post a couple good games early so i can sell him and upgrade that roster spot on my team as well.
