Hoping I can trade one of Ray Rice, Darren McFadden later in the year for a better QB/TE. Hope Brandon Marshall comes around. If not Chris Henry should be ok as my WR3 I hope

I like the team overall.

The only immediate change I would make is dumping Benson, possibly through trade or FA. He does have some decent fantasy weeks, however he very inconsistent and from my experience with him, he rarely comes through when you expect him to. If you go to your wavier you may end up with someone who doesn't score more Fantasy pts overall, however look for the weekly avg and get something dependable.

My brief word of advice is...do not trade Rice. I suspect that he will take over McFaddens roll on your roster very soon. Also if you need help at tight end look at Jerimichael Finley.
