The Flacco pick up was fine, don't really like the Parker trade though. It's not bad value, but you have plenty of RB depth and zero WR depth. Now you have to get at least one WR to fill in for byes, maybe two. I'd drop SD DST, Baltimore doesn't have a bye until week 7 so you can pick up another one by then, and pick up Avery. You may also want to try and turn around and deal Parker or Wells for a WR.

I wold pick up harvin, you have the wr depth so you can wait til he busts out in midseason. i would drop boss. he will ride the pine and you will be able to drop on of your rbs by the time the bye week comes on that you would need him. the difference in boss and whatever te you would pick up is very negligible.

I definitely think you need to snag one of those receivers. Assuming there isn't a league policy on having backups I'd dump the chargers defense (they're good but the Ravens defense scores points, they're too good to bench... ever) and grab Percy or Avery. Personally I'd drop Boss as well and grab both. Nice club regardless though.
