Before you all scratch your heads, I didn't draft Turner. Through creative trades I went from Bush, who I drafted in the 4th round to trading for Westbrook, to trading for Turner, and now LT.
My starting RBs are: ADP, LT, and CJ.
Since Atlanta has the hardest rushing schedule this year and Norwood will supposedly play more this year, and Gonzo sure to steal goalline TDs , LT could possibly outscore Turner in PPR leagues this year.
It also doesn't hurt that LT has alot of motivation after Jim Brown's comments on who the best RB in the NFL is.
I like LT to rebound this year and have a quality season, will he score 20+td's again, most likely not, but he should be a top 10rb easily. Turner isn't as highly rated in ppr leagues and I don't think that he will have as good of a year as he did last year. He did a lot of damage against some pretty weak teams and he has a much tougher schedule this season. I like your starting rb's, so as long as you did give up a ton of dept to make all of these trades you will be fine. Good luck.

The depth I went through to get from Reggie Bush to LT is: Cassel to Favre(Warner is other starter), Breaston, K Faulk, Orton to Flacco(which works better for bye weeks), and Norwood.
Since Peterson, LT, and C Johnson are my starters with James Davis hopefully winning the starting job from Lewis in Cleveland as a backup, I don't think I really gave up too much depth.
P.S.--I already had Sproles so handcuffing LT isn't a problem and I traded Cassell like 2 days before he got injured. Lucky me!!!
Yup, good call. I'd take LT this year over Turner regardless of the format.
I'm a big ATL fan and am shocked that he is so overrated considering the defenses he is up against this year.
I have Turner at 20 overall in PPR and 12 overall in standard.
2010 12-team .5PPR QB - Ryan, Vick RB - S. Greene, Forte, Stewart, F. Jones, Sproles WR - Moss, Megatron, NYG Smith, Floyd, M. Williams (TB) TE - Cooley D - CIN (week to week) K - Bironas
I had LT ranked fairly high compared to ADP. Turner was NOT ahead of him for reasons you and others noted. I'd try to get Forte but LT is a solid trade too. Help on mine? Thanks in advance: viewtopic.php?f=18&t=444242

Haha....I almost had Forte instead. The owner of Forte really likes Turner. Unfortunately, he's a casual gamer and couldn't get him to go online to accept the trade. I got impatient and went ahead and traded for LT. Hopefully LT explodes on Oakland Monday night, then I can get Forte even cheaper!!!
