So I went a little crazy on the high upside/young RB's and now see I have a dilemma for at least week 1. Who would you start in a ppr league? McFadden vs. SD Moreno vs. Cincy Wells vs. SF I definitely prefer Moreno/Wells match ups but unclear roles are holding me back right now. Leave a link and I will get back to yours
For week one,... I'd have to take a few chances,.. but that's just me,..LOL!!
Don't know if ya need one or two,.. but I would go Wells Moreno
This is gonna be the perfect time for the cards to see what Beanie can do. I can see them both getting a few chances on the ground,.. with Beanie prevailing over Hightower. That's just whats going on in my twisted head,..LOL!!
McFadden by far, should get the most touches of any Raider.
Moreno hasnt been practicing/healthy, should play but Denver could be trying to play catch up all day and will use 3 backs?
Wells is SF really that much juicier then SD? ARI will pass a lot, can they run? Hightower still the starter for now. Could break out, could do almost nothing.
I like McFadden. Oakland has kept him under wraps all preseason. Word out of Oakland is that he will see around 20 touches per game: 15 rushes 5 passes. He has the speed to break a big play everytime he touches the ball. Wells will not start, and may be limited, and Moreno is playing a bit banged up still.
McFadden for sure. The guy is a beast if he can stay healthy and is gonna be a damn fine RB if anything ever gets sorted out in Oakland. If he stays healthy I don't see Fargas or Bush standing much of a chance of staying in the hunt for touches.
As for the other two, I lean towards Moreno because Wells is still a #2 in ARI. Arizona hardly runs the ball as it is so the best case scenario for Wells is somewhere in the 10 touches range. I know Moreno is coming off injury but I feel like its more precautionary time off than anything at this point. That's just my opinion though. The upside to Wells is if they are using Hightower in the #1 RB role I would expect Wells to take the goal line touches. It's gonna be a crap shoot in Week 1 no matter which way you look at it.
