Ryan Grant or Felix Jones

I know Grant is the full time guy and Felix will be splitting with Marion, but Grant is going against Chicago and Felix against Tampa. Oh yeah, I also have Jason Witten in a league where we HAVE to start a TE.
Thoughts???
