#1------I'm thinking i could dip into the free agent pool and pick up:

Fred Jackson - good option, considering Rhodes release and Marshawn's susp.

Mike Bell - the popular option. replace one guy with his RBBC team mate. tasty matchup vs DET.

#2------go to my bench:

McFadden - vs SD. he's unproven vs a great defense

Derrick Ward - vs DAL. he's sharing touches with Caddy and others.

#3------------- for the past few wks i've been negging a trade:

i get Frank Gore (RB1) and Dallas Clark ( maybe i can sub Clark for DeSean)
he wants my AJ

I've got Jackson starting in PT's place but I picked up Bell today and haven't decided what to do with him at this point.

You also have to consider that C. Johnson is starting against PIT. Not a good matchup there for him either

Definitely pick up Bell for the possible start here. He's looking like a great flex play in any case. And if you think you can bench Johnson then play McFadden in his stead.
