Tough call; they're all pretty close. I would go with Shaun Hill. He was pretty solid in relief last year and brings just a bit more upside IMO than the other guys. Pennington is the safest option, but his ceiling is pretty limited.
heh. Tbh I would pick up stafford to. nobody knows what he can do right now and since he's only a backup IMo it's worth a risk. Worst comes to worst you drop him and pick up pennington.

Thanks for the help on mine - I like Stafford as well. He has Megatron, yes. He also does not have the ghosts of a horrible playoff game to get over (Delhomme), and he doesn't have a running game to cut into the number of throws he makes (Delhomme, Pennington, Hill). He's got the biggest upside of your options, imo. Since it's your backup and not your starter, I'd say take a flier on the kid. May he hook up with Calvin early and often (Megatron owner here).
