need help with RB's and WR

I need to start 2 rbs out of these 4. Fred Jackson @ NE, Willie Parker vs Ten, Ahmad Bradshaw vs WAS, Beanie Wells vs SF. Also should I start Devin Hester @ GB or Dwayne Bowe @ BAL. I play in a 12 team standard scoring league. Any help is appreciated.
