NEED HELP PLEASE!! Trade or no trade??

I am in a 12 team keeper league where we keep our team from year to year and have a rookie draft each year. I am in need of a RB and have been offered C. Portis and H. Miller. In return I would give him J. Carlson and my 1st round rookie pick next year. I have O. Daniels as my other TE and Lynch and Addai for RB's, so what would you all do. I would really appreciate your opinions.

That's a tough 1. If you have 1 of the stronger teams then I would do the deal since your round 1 pick would be close to 12. If you don't have a shot at winning the title and could end up with a top 5 rookie then I would pass on the deal and make things work the best you can this year or maybe try a 2nd round pick. Portis is good but not if you are giving up possibly the next ADP or something.
