How's my Keeper team? (whir, of course)

Had my keeper draft last week, but I still need to make at least one move. What do you think of the team and it's chances this year?

10 team 4 keepers no PPR
scoring is standard enough: all TDs are 6 points. yards are 1 for 10/ 1 for 25 passing. 1 or 2 point bonuses for 150 yards rushing or receiving, 7+ catches, 30 completions, and 300 yards passing.

Well, I clearly need a kicker. I'm trying to shop one of my backs for a pick in the round before I picked him. which back do you think I'd be best rid of? Bush? Sproles? In any case, If I can't make a trade happen, who's the guy to drop? Avery? thanks in advance for your input.
