Bench a Stud? WHIR

would anyone bench a stud like B-west vs. Car in week 1 and instead play Ray Rice who has an enticing matchup against KC? It seems crazy to think about but should i play the matchups?

I know there is this absoultely crazy optimism for Rice right now but remember there is two other backs he will be sharing time with and last I heard Willis/McClain are the goal line backs...not Rice.

You roll a healthy Westy till the wheels break down.

agreed. play your stud. it's only week 1, and the situation in Balt can change fast (like it did several times last year)

I would never bench Westbrook until you have reason too. Let RR live up to the hype first

I agree with the rest of the posters here. Keep Westy in the line up. If I remember correctly, Westy had his best game against the Giants last year, so he can do well against anyone.

Ray Rice may surprise us this year, but you don't bench a healthy Westy. He may not last all season, get your licks from him while you can. ;-D

Stay with Westy in your lineup. Philly will move the ball vs. Carolina and he will be a huge part of it.

good luck

Wait to see if Rice actually explodes from the hype.

Westy is a guarantee, and you should roll him.

Agree with consensus here, start Westbrook as long as he is healthy.
