RB Start or Sit Question

I have great Depth at RB in a 16 team league. Any help on who to start would be awesome I have the following RB's

Cadillac
Ward

L. Washington

LenDale White

Cedric Benson
Bernard Scott

I am leaning towards Washington and Benson because white is playing the Steelers, but if you have any additional insight it would be great to know. Thanks.
