D. Williams for C. Johnson?

Postby Knighthammer » Wed Sep 09, 2009 2:25 pm

I'm thinking about offering D. Williams/L. Coles for C. Johnson/H. Ward. Does this sound doable? I want to sell high on Williams & get a small upgrade at WR.

Hell no is my initial reaction. After more thought, Hellmuthaf@#kingno seems more appropriate.

That is a huge downgrade at RB.

Lendale steals way more touches and goal line ops than Stewart.

I am not sure which C Johnson you are talking about. But either one (calvin or Chris) I would not do the trade. D. WIlliams will have a better year than both of them. It looks like this is a non ppr league so D Williams in my book is a top 3 player.

I also do not like Ward that much more than Coles. It is potentially an upgrade but coles could have a solid year. I would stay put.

No.

Ward and Coles are a wash imo - both will have similar seasons.

I own Chris Johnson and while I like the guy a lot... I'd rather have Deangelo, especially in non-ppr formats.

He is a potential top 5 this year since he'll be seeing a lot of the rock w/ JStew on the sidelines.

Stick w/ D-Wil
