I'd go with Schaub, ADP, Slaton, Megatron, and Jennings! Megatron is going to get a lot of love thrown his way trying to keep up with Drew Brees and the Saints O.
Go with Schaub. Cassel isn't guaranteed to even play. Go with ADP and Slaton. Go C.Johnson and Jennings. I think Calvin is going to be huge against NO.
For your flex, go with Chris Johnson. He's a stud and proved last year he gets his, even against VERY tough run defenses.
