Ok here are four guys, Rank them high scorer to low scorer this weekend in standard scoring:

Ray Rice vs KC
Fred Jackson vs NE
Ryan Grant vs Chicago
Darren McFadden vs SD

Rice- good matchup, and will be heavily involved in the offense
Fred Jackson- very good in limited work last year, New England a mediocre run defense and lost Seymour
Grant- Safe play, but little upside with only 5 total TDs last year
McFadden- has the worst matchup of these four, still hasn't been officially named the starter. Bad offense in general.

I wouldn't be uncomfortable starting any of them though.

boy people seem to be all over the place on Fred Jackson, Freking ESPN predicts he and Randy Moss Will score equal points in week one, I think thats silly but some people are really down on him, I think I will have to bench him week one and hope weeks 2 and 3 see some production.
