Not the best options, but I Think Wells is the pick here.

Mendenhall had a bad preseason, and Pitt has come out and said FWP is the guy right now.
Greene is a nobody

Wells is likely to outperform hightower and should see more carries than your other options, even as a backup for now

It's got to be Wells. He's got the best chance at this point.

Pretty easy choice: Wells. He'll get more carries this weekend than Mendenhall and Greene COMBINED. Plus, he'll probably be the starter in 'Zona by week six.

I will go against the grain here and go with Mendenhall, and here's why: Fast Willie Parker might be reglossed as "Fragile" Willie Parker before the season is over or even perhaps before their home opener is complete for that matter, and I'm still not completely confident that Willie can be the goalline back for the Stillers each and every game. Tennessee DID lose Haynesworth in the off-season as well, so that may leave some softness in the middle of the Titans' D-line. Rashard looked just fine against my Redskins in the preseason frankly, and the Skins' D was a top-5 last season and are improved this year with the aforementioned acquisition of Fat Albert in the middle and rookie Orakpo on the end. Beanie Wells SEEMS like a nice option but I suspect that Arizona will be throwing the ball as often as ever in the opener at home, and he IS a rookk after all. Lastly, you cannot go with Greene just yet as he is still a rookie too, largely unproven, and has T.Jones and Leon Washington ahead of him on the depth chart to compete with for touches.

I really believe that TENN @ PITT will be a violent, brutally intense game with each team seeking to establish the run, Mendenhall is definitely going to get some touches so I believe he is your best option out of those 3. Hope that was helpful... GL! ;-D
