Who to drop Maclin or Sidney Rice? WHIR

I want to pick up Mike Bell to start at my flex position this week in a 13 team standard scoring league with no ppr but I can't decide who to drop between Sidney Rice or Maclin.

I like the upside of both and don't really want to drop either but I need RB help this week.
My WRs are:
Fitzgerald
Roy Williams
Breaston
Sidney Rice
Maclin

I think Rice is less likely to be picked up by someone else but Maclin, Fitzgerald, and Breaston all have bye weeks on week 4 and I need to start 2 WRs
Any advice?
