You don't need Brees.

I think Andre will be significantly better than any of those WR's this year.

Romo is a bit underrated this year b/c of his WR situation... but I think he'll do just fine.

Brees is solid, but I don't think he's that much of an upgrade to risk the trade.

Plus you've got Palmer and he could be back to form this year as a top QB. (good insurance)

Keep your team as-is.

What is your scoring??

If it is PPR I would counter with Brees and Mason for Roddy and Romo.

I do think Romo is going to put up good numbers this year though.

I also own Romo and A.Johnson and I wouldn't accept that trade. I see that trade as you trading a top 5 QB (yes, I'm that confident in Romo) for a top 1 QB in exchange for a top 3 WR for an outside-the-top 10 WR. Plus, your roster is fine as it is.
