Waiver wire questions

Postby styxbb » Wed Sep 09, 2009 9:13 pm

Just drafted tonight and am having second thoughts. Would you do either of the following.

RB's LT, Reggie Bush, Jonathon Stewart, Ahmad Bradshaw.
Would you drop Stewart or Bradshaw for either Chester Taylor, Michael Bush, or Donald Brown??

TE's Witten and Scheffler
Would you drop Scheffler for Celek or Boss?

Thanks

Hard to say on the RB's but on the TE's I might opt to drop Scheffler for Celek. Witten's a no brainer start each week. You know what you're getting with Scheffler but Celek has more potential. I feel that Celek will be at least as good as Scheffler and could end up being much better by year's end. So essentially you're dropping a guy who's ceiling is a middle of the pack TE for a guy who's floor is a middle of the pack TE. If you didn't have Witten this would be a tougher question but I think you can't lose on that one.

I'd like a few more opinions on mine if possible if you would be so kind:

If you drop a RB I'd say Bradshaw for Brown. Both are backups who should get looks, and I think Brown has more upside.

I'd pick up Celek. McNabb still likes his TEs, and LJ Smith is gone now. Good upside there.

Good luck, and please see mine:
