Have a big trade in front of me that I honestly have no Idea what to do with.
He offered me
Romo Barber Daniels
for
Schaub Grant Royal Witten
I am worried about Schaub's injury proneness and for some reason I was dumb and didnt' draft a backup QB and the FA pool offers only people like Campbell or Delhomme.
His Team is:
Brady, Romo Portis, Kevin Smith, Barber, Jones, Julius Jones, Morris, Ricky Williams Welker, Curtis, Chambers Daniels
My team is:
Schaub Forte, Grant, White, Felix Jones, Donald Brown, Jamal Lewis, Fred Jackson Calvin, Roddy, Royal, Santana, Coles
Would I be giving up too much with Witten & Royal? If so, I don't know a fair trade to counter him with...HELP!!!
Shaub is going to get hurt, that much I can guarantee you. Heck, he's already hurt after a hand off to Steve Slaton in preseason game 3! The difference between Daniels and Witten (which really isn't all that much) isn't enough to override the rest of the deal.
EDIT: Looks like the deal has changed, and my answer has changed as well. You'd be giving up four guys you can start every week for two (who have the same bye week). Not worth it.

Take the Romo end of the trade and never look back. Witten may be an elite TE but you can always just play the WW for the hot TE of the month. I usually skip drafting a TE until the last round and just work the WW. Unless you have an elite TE (meaning you gave up getting a top rated WR or RB in the 3rd rnd) there isn't much difference between 5-16 and the hot hand will get you just as much as any of them.
Pro tip here, with your extra roster space (you are trading 4 players and only getting 3 back) pick up Celek (TE, Phi Eagles). He could end up being a top 6 TE this season.
I wouldn't make this trade. You're giving up too much and not getting enough back. Schaub, though injury-prone, is playing in a more explosive offense than Romo. Grant is getting virtually all the carries in Green Bay and is a better all-around back; Barber has Felix Jones (and maybe Tashard Choice) eating into his carries; Daniels is good, but Witten's the best. And you would also be giving up Eddie Royal? He's on the cusp of being a number one receiver. This is a no-brainer. DON'T DO IT.
The biggest part of this trade I have is giving up Royal.
It would pretty much force me to play Santana Moss or Coles every week.
The only FA available include Isaac Bruce, Gage, Steve Smith (NYG). I know Romo probably won't get hurt, but is solidifying him worth giving up so much?
Is Barber going to have a bigger year than Grant at the end of everything?
I would not do this trade. If Schaub can stay healthy he can put up better numbers than Romo. Grant to me is a better back than barber because he has no one threatenting to take away away carries a la felix jones. And I would prefer to stick with Witten than have to give him up as part of this trade in order to get guys that I think you don't need to begin with
Personally, I'd take Schaub over Romo, Grant over Barber, and Witten over Daniels, so I wouldn't do it even without Royal.
Who says Romo is better than Schaub? I think Schaub is a better option when healthy, so you just have to roll with him and work on finding a good backup. If you're desperate, you could pick up Rex Grossman, who is going to be the backup in Houston, and despite his reputation does have a decent arm, and he'd have all those weapons in Houston.
Grant is a better option than Barber. Grant is the man on that team, and he is looking healthy and in a great offense. Barber has major question marks with as good as felix jones is looking.
Obviously Witten is a better option that Daniels.
So even though most people won't agree with me about Romo vs Schaub, you have to remember that Schaub will be a very very good option when healthy, and he will most likely play 12+ games, even if he does have another injury. Just work on finding a backup or working the waiver wire for another QB.
Really....rather than doing this big trade, you should be able to get a decent backup QB for Eddie Royal...and keep your good RB and TE!
No way, barber and felix are going to be splitting carries 50/50 as stated by wade phillips..this trade is debatable even without you giving up royal...do not do it
