My Current Roster QB Romo RB1 Peterson RB2 Addai Flex Boldin WR1 A.Johnson WR2 C.Johnson TE Gates DEF Vikings D/ST K Neil Rackers
Bench Roy Williams, Matt Ryan, LenDale White, Greg Olsen, Darren Sproles, Chester Taylor, Glen Coffee
If I get Jacobs, he'd obviously be my RB2. Bradshaw would stay on my bench to hang out with the other handcuffs. Roy Williams will then become my flex. Is this a fair trade? Am I giving too much or too little?

Personally I think you are giving up too much. I think you could probably get a similar quality RB by offering Addai/White and Roy Williams to a team that needs another WR and maybe throw in Olsen if they need a TE but I would keep him because I think he'll outperform Gates (I'm a Bears fan and he is looking better every year and looked very good in the pre-season). Boldin is a solid player that if healthy will put up similar numbers to Fitz. I would look around for a better deal. Williams will have a much better year this year also so if you wait a week or two and he puts up numbers then you will get even more value.
Thank you for your insight. Does anyone think putting in Roy Williams instead of Boldin would make it a fairer deal for both owners? Oh, and the reason I am looking to trade with this owner is because he really is the only one that has expressed high interest in Addai and Olsen.
Thanks for your help on mine. I LOVE Jacobs, but I think you are giving up too much here for sure. Boldin IF healthy is unarguably a top 10 WR. Olsen could be a top 3 TE this year (could be #1?) and while I'm not high on Addai this year he's still the starting Rb for a great team and is in a contract year.
I'd definitely start with Roy Williams instead of Boldin. The other guy might be stoked about Williams as the #1 WR in Dallas (I'm not), and the significant upgrade at TE might put him over the top. With Boldin included, it's a pretty big gamble. Jacobs is the man, but he's injury-prone. I think it might be worth it, though, even with Boldin. A one-two punch of ADP and Jacobs is championship material.
