Titans or Eagles Defense

Greetings all.

I had my lineup set, and then someone dropped the Titan defense (for the Bears defense). I couldn't pass that up, but now I'm undecided about which defense to start:
Titans @ Pittsburgh
Eagles @ Carolina

I'm pretty sure that the Eagles will force some turnovers against Carolina, they play aggresively and should be in Delhommes face quite a bit. But I don't think that the Titan/Steeler game is going to be a very high scoring affair. I see them both as pretty equal right now, it was either flip a coin or ask in here. So, which defense has a better day?

Also, which defense is better in the long run. I don't plan on carrying 2 defenses very long. Standard scoring 12 team H2H league, non PPR.

I could really use some help with this, I've got Tennessee starting right now but I'm not 100% sold on them being the best option.

I actually like Tennessee... should be a low scoring game. Yes Delholmme can make mistakes, but that offensive can be explosive

Grrrr, I've got one vote of confidence for each defense. Can anyone else share their thoughts about this one?

I like the Eagles this week, but definitely Titans over the course of the season and if you happen to make the playoffs, I like their matchups (STL, MIA, SD) over philly's (NYG, SF, DEN) mainly because of the week 14 matchup.

This week: Big Ben specializes in keeping plays going. With enough pressure, Delhomme can be forced into mistakes. Go with the Eagles.
