Drop Russell/Charles for Sanchez/Robinson? WHIR

I managed to pull a trade that now leaves my team looking like...

QB: T Romo, M Cassel, K Orton, J Russell
RB: D Williams, K Smith, R Bush, D Sproles, T Hightower, F Jackson, J Davis, J Charles
WR: A Johnson, TJ Housh, L Coles, T Ginn, S Smith (NYG)
TE: G Olsen
DST: Vikings
K: K Brown

Since we can only start a max of 3RB and need a min of 3WR, I'm thinking that I should add a little more depth to my WR. I'm thinking of dropping J Charles to add 1 of L Robinson/M Clayton/R Meachem. I'm also thinking of dropping J Russell to add 1 of M Sanchez or J Delhomme, since my starters seem weak. Who would you go with? How does my team look?

I would drop Russell for Delhomme. Delhomme's nothing special, but at least Carolina can move the ball. I wouldn't drop Charles for any of those receivers though--none of them are eye-catching enough IMO.
