12 Team $$ League Draft Over... WHIR

12 Team standard scoring plus...
1pt per 2 catches
1pt per 5 carries
1pt per 10yd scoring run/catch (50yd TD is 11pts)

Pick round & overall # in ( )
QB- Matt Schaub (7.79)
RB- Steven Jackson (1.7)
RB- Kevin Smith (4.42)
WR- Calvin Johnson (2.18)
WR- Marques Colston (3.31)
WR/RB- Braylon Edwards (6.66)
TE- Chris Cooley (8.90)
D/ST- Miami (12.138)
K- Robbie Gould (13.151)

BN- Willie Parker (5.55), Rashard Mendenhall (9.103), Ahmad Bradshaw (11.127), Josh Morgan (10.114)

How did I end up? Finished 2nd in the league last year, and feel pretty happy with the draft this year. Very happy to get 2 RBs not in a 50/50 or 60/40 time share, and couldn't resist BE sitting there in the 6th anymore. Upside too high, esp for a #3 WR. That's how I ended up with Schaub and to me the gap between Edwards potential, and other WRs left is much bigger than Schaub vs. Romo/Eli etc.

Draft was a little out of sorts in general. Lots of reaches and lots of guys left on the board for several rounds, to the point where I really had no idea who would be available for my next pick.

Not super excited about Schaub, but will be more than serviceable if he can stay healthy. Not thrilled about Miami's D either, but I'll watch the drops for bye-week teams, as usual. Just not willing to spend a 10th rd pick on a D.

Really looking for Morgan to be more than just a bench WR, but only necessary if BE stinks it up again. Also, I'm torn on whether Willie Parker or BE will get the start at Flex. I want to go with Parker any week possible, but might want to wait a week to see.

As always, leave a link and I'll do what I can. Thanks.

Its a good team with bench players who have a lot of upside. It was wise of you to get a backup RB in round 5 considering that you got SJax in round 1. He's need known to be injury prone so you covered yourself by getting Parker. I don't see any glaring weaknesses except for maybe WR depth, but it's an all around good team.
