Gamble on Stafford or go with mediocre?

I got hurt in the draft at the QB position this year, so my QB's realistically consist of David Garrard and Stafford. Which do you start this week? Garrard would be my automatic choice, however he's playing at Indy and Stafford is having his coming out party in New Orleans.

Start Garrard. I wouldn't start a rookie Qb making his first start on the road.
