I get Marion Barber (and use him as an RB2 instead of McFadden) - I give either Marques or TJ.
Here's my squad for the 2009 football season. It's H2H, 12-teams, three divisions.
And I will most definitely help in return!
Thanks!

WR: Marques Colston
WR: TJ Housdmendezah
RB: Maurice Jones Drew
RB: Darren McFadden
TE: Chris Cooley
K: Nick Elam
DEF: San Diego
D: Eric Weddle (SD)
BENCH:
RB: Felix Jones
RB: Donald Brown
WR: Donnie Avery

I wouldn't make that trade. MB3 is going to share the work load in Dallas with Felix Jones and I think McFadden will be a solid option this season. I actually have McFadden within 6 points of Barber this year and having to replace Colson (BIG MISTAKE to trade him IMO) or TJ Hous with Avery/Mason from your bench is a HUGE drop off n production.
Basically this becomes Colston/TJ + McFadden vs Aery/Mason + Barber. I'll take Colston/TJ + McFadden every time and not lose a wink of sleep over it. Stand pat with your current team.

First of all, if it is Colston or TJH, then make that TJH....I think Colston is a much better option who is more of a sure thing and has more upside. TJH will be ok but he's not an elite talent and he's on a new team.
But overall, I'd stand pat. Your backup WRs are not that strong and Barber has some question marks. It is not clear that Barber is better than McF, so I'd roll with what you got. Your studly WRs are going to more than make up for the lack of a good RB2, and McF very well may end up being a good RB2.
good luck
