I'm not super high on McFadden this week, but I think he edges out Felix Jones against a reasonably tough Tampa D on the road. Definitely start Bell. Even if PT goes, he'll be limited. I can't see Bell getting less than 15 touches this week, which should be more than enough to make hay against a porous Detroit run D that allowed 17 TDs on the road last year.
