League where defense actually matters! Which should I grab?

I'm in a 12 team auction league..this league counts defense almost as much as offense: heres a quick shot at our defensive scoring.. notice how most points are negative, and you are penalized for both points against and yards against.

The following defense are available. I currently have the eagles, but like to have 2 and play the matchups. also you can't start a defense on its bye week (100 point penality)

Defensive scoring:

Fumble Recovered 4 points
.75 points for every 10 DFRYds
DFTD - Defensive TD 6 points

defensive points allowed:
0 - 9 DPAs = -1 point for every 1 DPA
10 - 14 DPAs = -1.1 points for every 1 DPA
15 - 19 DPAs = -1.2 points for every 1 DPA
20 - 24 DPAs = -1.3 points for every 1 DPA
25 - 29 DPAs = -1.4 points for every 1 DPA
30 - 34 DPAs = -1.5 points for every 1 DPA
35 - 39 DPAs = -1.6 points for every 1 DPA
40+ DPAs = -1.75 points for every 1 DPA
FF - Forced Fumble 2 points
Int - Interceptions 6 points
.75 points for every 10 IntYds
SACK - Sack 2 points
STY - Safety 7 points
TK - Tackle (ID/DT/DST) .1 points

Yards allowed:
0 - 50 YDSs = -1 point for every 25 YDSs
51 - 150 YDSs = -1 point for every 20 YDSs
151 - 210 YDSs = -1 point for every 15 YDSs
211 - 300 YDSs = -1 point for every 10 YDSs
301 - 400 YDSs = -1.5 points for every 10 YDSs
401+ YDSs = -1 point for every 5 YDSs

Seattle. They are the best defense on there, and they have some great matchups...mostly in their division, with StL, SF twice, and Detroit once.

Defenses matter in my league too and congrats, you've managed to get none that matter. I have Seattle rated as the 15th best fo this year and that's the highest of all the ones you've listed. They also have 6 easy games this year compared to only 4 games against offensive powerhouses. You probably should have jumped on Pittsburgh or altimore before they were gone.

my game plan heading into the auction was to get the Ravens D, We do an auction, not a draft, so I budgeted 12 bucks for a defense, Steelers D was kept form last year, as was the Giants and a handful of others. someone named the Ravens D as their silent bid (everyone writes down their highest bid, and winner get it) I bid 14 bucks (2 dollars over my budget) and someone bid 15. sucks! but it happens, lol
