Rice or Westbrook?

Do I start Ray Rice at a bad run "D" KC or start Westbrook @ Car, Who has yet to play?(i know he's ready to go) My other back is Slaton who I will play.

Rice is a trendy fantasy expert sleeper, but he is nowhere near the level that Westbrook is on. Start Westbrook this week and every week he isn't injured. Rice is in a three-headed committee, and he may have value down the line but as of now he's still a sleeper and not a starter.
