Were the QBs really going that fast or did you just really like Romo? I would think he would usually be available a round or two later and even if he was gone there are good QBs still around in round 6/7. I like the upside of McFadden and Stewart (if he can stay healthy) so good job filling in your RB depth (especially with Felix, D Brown, and Bradshaw). With all of those players I think Ward and Graham were really wasted picks (especially Ward, you got Graham late enough that he has decent upside) and I would stay away from the Tampa Bay running game this year. Royal and Walter were nice value (especially Royal) to round out your WRs, but you probably should have gotten more than three.
The Good: SJax/Moss at beginning, great value on Royal, great RB depth
The Bad: Romo/Ward were reaches, WR depth, weak starting TE
Overall, B+. I like it but you could have done better. A WR in the 3rd (Housh?), QB in the 6th (Schaub/McNabb/Cutler?), and maybe a little earlier TE (Carlson?) could have improved the team. Great job on the bench depth though. I think it's surprising you were able to get Royal, Felix, D Brown, and Bradshaw as late as you were.
Yeah, I'm pretty disappointed with the Romo pick. I had my sights set on Smith after taking Moss instead of a RB since I usually stack up on running backs early, and there weren't any more quality RBs for a while, so I kinda froze up after he was taken. Here's the next few players taken after romo:
10. Dwayne Bowe
11. Brandon Marshall
12. Marques Colston
1. Kurt Warner
2. Jason Witten
3. Aaron Rodgers
4. Darren McFadden
And yeah, TO, housh, and wes welker were taken later on. I'm just trying to use Romo as trade bait right now.
