Bryant is by far the best option at WR. Obviously Boldin would be great but I wouldn't roll the dice that he plays in the late game, unless you can pick up Breaston somehow. At RB, Kevin Smith is far enough ahead of Rice that even though the Lions will be way behind, Smith will still produce. For Defense I'm going NO for sure. They should get several turnovers against Detroit.

I am think Boldin will be out, so I'd go with Bryant to be safe. Although I think Morgan could have a decent day.

Ray Rice is definitely the flex pick.

And go with NO defense vs Stafford. I think he lead the pre season in INTs, lol
