1 Flex Spot, 4 options, who to play????

Hey guys, first post here, need some help. I have one flex spot I need to fill and I am not sure who to start, the scoring is a standard scoring league, no PPR or anything weird like that. The following are the options this week, who would you play?

Buckhalter
Jonathan Stewart
Fred Taylor
Chris Henry

Henry missed practice yesterday, so check his status first. If he can't go then I would look at Buckhalter. The three aren't great starts.
