Percy Harvin as a FLEX play?

Postby spodog » Fri Sep 11, 2009 11:32 am

It is looking like the Vikes expect to get Harvin about 30 snaps, in a variety of positions with their version of the wildcat.

Agasint CLE, I'm thinking he may be an interesting play at a FLEX position.

In order to stick him in my lineup, I'd have to sit Reggie Bush, who I currently have locked into the Flex spot.

Conservative play would probably be to stay with Reggie and watch at least one game to see how much of the talk around Percy turns into real fantasy production. (No credit for return yards in this league, btw).

What would you do?

I would definitely stick with reggie bush, especially this week. I have Pierre Thomas in one of my leagues and it looks like he will not play Week 1. Which means possibly more touches/receptions for Bush. Harvin would be a huge gamble and not worth the risk especially since he is a rookie also. Hope this helps!
