I'm debating pulling the trigger because Witten is now the #1 option in Dallas. I am very high on Ochocinco but his schedule is tough and Carson's health and Cincy's O line scares me a bit. If you had this roster (below) would you pull the trigger. I'm really on the fence on this:
12 Team 2 QB Re-Draft League (PPR)
STARTERS: QB- Schaub, Hill RB- Forte, Donald Brown WR- Jennings, Boldin, Ocho Cinco, Anthony Gonzalez TE- Z. Miller W/R/T- Beanie Wells, Davone Bess BENCH: Jake Delhomme, Jamaal Charles, Michael Bush, Nate Burleson D- Adrian Wilson LB- Laurinaitis, Farrior, Gaither DT- Sed. Ellis DE- Tuck, Justin Smith S- Gib Wilson CB- Cromartie, Lito Sheppard
It's close but I think I would have to turn it down. Do you start 2 RB, 2 WR and one flex? If yes, Ocho Cinco probably starts for you most weeks. I think you need to upgrade your RB2/RB3 situation. You really need Brown and Wells to both produce for you this year, and there's the potential that they might both underwhelm.
I'd say given your RB situation, keeping depth is your top concern. Your flex spot will suffer if you trade chad. witten is a great TE, but you're one injury away from a big problem if you trade chad.

Wow, so you guys start 2 QB's, 2 RB's, 4 WR's, 1 TE and one flex RB/WR/TE right. If you trade Ocho then you have to replace him with Buleson from your bench correct??? So this basically comes down to the following:
Miller + Ocho vs Witten + Burleson
Here's the points i have predicted for these players based upon my leagues scoring (hopefully you have done this too and can insert your own numbers here):
35 + 65 vs 90 + 55
100 pts current vs 145 pts after the trade
The numbers say to make the trade. However, have you even looked at you bye weeks??? You have 2 RBs/WRs off in week 4, two in week 5 and three in week 6. Witten will be off in week 6 also. That gives you 4 open roster spots in week 6 and only 3 bench players to fill them. Any way you look at it you will be playing a lot of bench players in weeks 4, 5 and 6. You probably should have tried to spread out the bye weeks when you drafted considering the starting requirements in your league. However, even given the bye weeks and crazy starting requirements I'd probably still do this trade.
I think that I would go for it and get Witten. Witten will be the #1 receiver on Dallas and most likely post pretty similar numbers to Chad 8 5. So what you will gain in going from Miller to Witten will be greater than the drop off from Chad 8 5 to A. Gonzo.
