Drop Caddy to start M Bell?

I have Caddy on the bench behind AP, McFadden, Bradshaw, and McCoy. I think Bell would be sneaky play as flex, he's available on the wire.

Is this a good pickup and drop Caddy?

No way caddy is going to be the starter, the Bucs coaches love him. he will get some goal line I believe as well, ride him some early weeks till he wears down second half of the season and probably gets injured
